The next and last BIG training run will happen this Sunday, focusing on steady pacing, food and hydration. I plan a wee 32 miler to Drymen and back on the WHW. Thank you to the Wishing Well for their support and stores. After that it is time to taper to the 17th. Stats plan is a steady 12min mile average with short stops and a 'rest' at 18m. I hope for 6.5hours.
